PRACTICE MANAGER
The Practice Manager is available to
help you with any administrative or
non-medical aspects of the practice.
She is also available to discuss any
suggestions or complaints.
RECEPTIONISTS
These ladies are here to help you.
From time to time it may be
necessary for them to ask for
details in order to help you in the
most appropriate way. Please give
them as much information as you are
able, especially when requesting
medical attention. Please tell the
receptionist if you wish to speak
confidentially away from the public
area as this can easily be arranged.

have three experienced nursing
sisters. They are available
between 9.00am - 5.00pm by
appointment only.
DISTRICT NURSES

Patients confined to their homes,
but in need of some nursing care,
may arrange for a nurse to call.
This service is at the discretion of
the nurse and doctor. Hospitals may
arrange this service on the
patient’s discharge.

COMMUNITY MIDWIFE
Our community midwife is
attached to the practice and helps
in the ante-natal and post-natal
care of all pregnant women.
The midwife can be contacted at
Horsham Hospital on 01403 227017
between 8.30am and 9.30am.
HEALTH VISITOR
The Health Visitor is
available to give advice on a
variety of healthcare matters,
especially for expectant mothers,
babies and young children.
The Health Visitor can be contacted
via the surgery or on 01403 223254.
COMMUNITY PSYCHIATRIC NURSE
A
Community Psychiatric Nurse is attached to the practice
to help deal with psychological
problems and mental illness. You can
be referred via your GP and also by
a hospital based psychiatrist.
